I'm Rob, the writer and artist of this digital niche. I've got a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design. Feel free to check out my art portfolio.
Eventually I'll publish my book exploring 1 Corinthians 13, but not any time soon. Playing hide n' go seek with Christ has proven particularly difficult. After studying philosophy, religion and science at Boston University, I became an EMT-B with local EMS providers.

Dry Heaving Love was my first attempt at poetry.
A few years after my first bout with real love, I cleaned up the self-pity and organized it in a short poetry book.
FYI, the font is oddly small despite attempts to improve it ...damn near illegible. Various typos survived that I'll get around to killing off, but I've got other things going on.
My last roommate seemed to think the work sounded far better as spoken word, like a poetry slam, rather than merely as a written piece. It's been a few years since I've read any of these in a dreary cafe, but there they are if I ever feel like getting all morose n' melancholic- and doesn't Bukowski call "poetry readings" "some of the saddest damned things ever"?
I don't make any money on this, only Amazon does. If you actually make the mistake of reading me, go easy. I'm not interested in pursuing any of the women I wrote about in here, but I enjoy piddling through the literary aftermath for a turn of phrase and page.
Regardless of what you've been told about time healing all wounds, some hurt like some love, never really goes away. It retreats down the hall, perhaps closing the door of a corner room in the home of your conscience. But it never it never really leaves.
